I googled cuh, and his Facebook is popping. He’s posting regularly and out and about. He recently attended a “Blerd” Anime convention, whatever TF that is.

Because of the nature of the incident, it appears he was successful in some sort of self defense plea, which got the charges (already fairly light), either dismissed or reduced.
