Suburban and out of state friends. I’m not sure if the media is talking about this or not. Minneapolis is being burned to the ground by white supremacists, proud boys, boogaloos, alt-right...seriously take your pick. White men are breaking the windows, white men are starting fires, white men are starting fights. At this point anything can happen and I wouldn't be surprised. And I mean anything. 2020/the age of the 'rona. All bets are off.

In all seriousness, it definitely could. I think there would need to be a longer and more protracted period of civil unrest and violence. Which is easily within the ream of possibility.

I don't want to sound too 'out there', but there's a very thin thread that holds society together. Civil unrest and even civil war are never as far away as most people like to imagine. All it takes is a few moves in a certain direction, and then some momentum. It doesn't help that the country is a tenant with an absentee landlord at the moment. There's zero leadership, and of anything, 45 presses for more division. So it's actually worse than just having no leadership.

Now do I actually think there will be a civil war? Not really. But if 45 loses the election, and says he didn't, or demands a recount or something like that, I could see his die hards going to war for him. And if tensions keep escalating I could definitely see major violence going down.

I didn't mean to go too far down the rabbit hole. I hope that doesn't happen.
