Why would you think shooting unarmed ppl is okay at all? You shouldn't shoot them at all + there have been deaths without shooting, such as George Floyd. This gets brought up every time that they need to be trained better, that is a small part of the problem, the main issue is the lack of accountability, just look at how the union responded to how the police officers have been treating these protesters.
