1. it doesnt matter if he resisted or not... he was cuffed and face down with a kneee on his neck..

2. unless theres a video that starts when he gets cuffed and ends with him being put in a stretcher theres no way to be sure he "resisted". the twitter post you showing doesnt even show shyt.... whether he resisted or not isnt even an issue... so dont make it one
