I knew most of the police in some capacity downtown at one point when I was bouncing.

During dead times you’d find yourself shooting the shyt about weightlifting, mma, basketball or random fukkery you saw tonight with people you’d otherwise never speak to.

A lot of downtown Minneapolis Restaurants and clubs hire off duty cops to basically hang out in uniform as a “presence” here so it’s very feasible they at the very least knew of one another by face.

No it’s not. We’ve always known, but we definitely know now that without video, we can’t trust the account of events by the police. The fact that there was a complaint, and just brushed off, and she then aggressively went after smaller cases which negatively effected blacks says a lot.
