3rd degree is only used in three states because its BS. IF convicted (which he should be due to a low threshold) he’s gonna do 3-5 years. Definitely isn’t getting double digits.

Somali cop who got the same charge got sentenced to 12 years. Yeah it was a white woman etc, but I think they will try to get the same here in this climate:

Theres now video showing THREE of the officers holding Floyd down and the other officer did NOTHING to stop the lynching once Floyd began begging for his life.
