

No doubt. My friend got shot like 10x and killed by a cop, and then he shot his dog too, and they charged the cop with 2nd degree murder. He ended up walking because the charge was too serious. If the charge had been any kind of manslaughter he would've likely been convicted.For those that are complaining about third degree, you give him first or second and there's a great chance he walks. First degree is intent. Second degree wasn't premeditated but a death resulted from an assault (ie a fight and someone dies due to their injuries).
