Yeah I came to realization last night, that we're officially in a depression. I was going make a thread in HL about it.

And everything that entails a depression is basically what we're seeing.


I'm just shocked at how little time it took to spiral out of control.

This is some of it especially with the young nonblack folks out protesting with black folks.

Also with young folks there is no school, no sports or activities due to covid. Plus very few jobs for school age folks. Then some states like NY still have somewhat of a lock down. Its a perfect storm as someone on here said. Nothing to distract you and folks are fed up overall. Thats where some of the anger has come from on the progressive side and on the conservative side.

In the end as a black person I could care less. I want all 4 of those cops to do time and police reform. Anything else is icing on the cake.

Bet I lump sum this with the OWS movement, where you had a lot of college aged kids out of work and were wandering around aimlessly protesting.


But hey maybe we as Black people will see less :mjpls: discrimination for a few months. I know my stress went down a lot from staying at home.
