Can't give you a hard numbers because I don't have them with me but basically went from basically non existent (at least in the last 100+ years) to like 1% in the last decade. Mostly haitians and colombians.
Like I said a lot of the systemic issues you brehs have, we have here but the root of the problem is completely different. Y'alls is racism and that's worse than what happens here, which is more of a class issue. But the lower class suffers a lot of the same treatment by the elites and people in power that african americans (inequality of every sort, jail system and educational system made for them to fail and keep them where they are at status wise, housing segregation, etc.).
