It's why I laugh when "our" government and media talk about foreign countries killing their own. Yes the police are city/county/state/etc government but try to bring federal charges against a lot of these killer cops and becomes futile. The taxes we pay goes towards these cops salaries. City/county/state sanctioned murder.
