Couldn't they have brought in the roommate's boyfriend for questioning based on that?
Breh you think that's enough to when a case? They had to build a case on them. Most DA won't touch case w/o a body.

The problem is why are recycled criminals like this able to get off easy after 4 or 5 charges. I don’t fukk with the criminal justice system but he should have gotten 5 off of the last couple charges
Robbery should automatically be years. Basic theft is one thing. Robbing, which is taking things with force or the threat of force, can escalate to life or death situation at any instance. Should be automatic jail numbers. Especially when you escalate to it via numerous other offenses over the years. It leads to death or violence too many times for leniency
