if I miss even one day that I normally reserve for lifting...
Work, getting injured and sick made me miss a total of 5 DAYS this week...fukking bullshyt

Plus I ate some cupcakes yesterday so now the carb bloat gonna have me feeling like

I am having the same issue with my back I was playing ball the other day and it made my back feel locked up and tight(Low Back and Hips). As long as a stay lifting carefully its not to big of an issue, but it has definitely been a recurring one. I could probably write an essay on mine too
