i dont know how it works everywhere but ive been to some scary ass small towns that have crooked police that totally have guys they prefer to run drugs and girls in town. that town in kentucky where the big fat sheriff shot the judge seemed to be one of those places. mississippi is a special kind of evil though

It's Mississippi..of course it is not the bestIt could be the pay for law enforcement may not be the best.
But still, there are other ways to earn extra income
Meanwhile in New Orleans…
Louisiana and Mississippi are basically 3rd world countries that got dragged into the Union via the lost they suffered in the Civil War
