Before the internet exploded I would order books from the library. They would order any book I wanted brand new if they didn’t have it.

MO is one of the poorest states in the union and the first thing they cut is public libraries

The real question is where are the politicians syphoning the money to. I smell corruption.

Very similar to how representatives buy shares in private/charter schools , and then immediately remove funds from public schools for "school-choice-vouchers".
