While I def agree with it as a man, I wonder what incentive the state has? I mean they will lose money by men on the hook for CS that aren't a genetic match which means more gov't assistance sinlge mother receivers and less men to pay off the balance. And they appear to setup a fund to pay for these test so they may not get much money off testing.

Just pondering the other side of the coin when shyt seems too good to be true.

if you look at it from the saved manhours perspective, doing so saves the family court and lawyers who knows how many days/hours...it'd be an overall net positive. It'd allow for a more efficient process for the people who actually need to use family court.

Plus, if people know from the jump if a child is/isn't fathered by someone....you can expedite to CS,custodial rights etc. Or even better, these relationships don't go any further, no matter how chaotic that DNA test at birth would be.


But, this is with the belief that public/civil services are NOT for profit.
