Spurs will get their big in free agency. Carter Bryant falling to them helps so much. That's really the only spot they need. The MLE is unlocked for them now too. My only hope is that Kornet ain't the target. Don't want Zollins 2.0.

Not a splashy move, but Spurs def making transactions in areas of need (rebounding, blocks, interior defense). KO spaces the floor as well.
I agree. They are being very careful and cautious.

The Kornet signing was very economical.

Getting Olynyk helps fill the bench, but he’s a free agent after the season. No big commitment there.

At some point though, the Spurs need to see a big move. Maybe it’s in the form of signing a big time free agent. Maybe it’s a trade. Or maybe it’s a huge jump in development from one of their young players.

They’re getting close to the big money years of Wemby’s career. They can’t keep “trusting the process”. Soon they will have to go for it.

Exactly my thoughts. I love the youth movement and the move for Fox last year was a step in the right direction, but I think we have enough pieces to make a REALLLY big time move and we should do it sooner rather than later

Agreed. I wanted the Durant trade, and I would have been fine moving Vassell and Keldon to get him. Would have had a good mix of youth and vets with that. Other thing is they never get big time FAs unless there's some preexisting connection (Aldridge had the Texas roots, Fox's wife from San Antonio). So trades are the way to go. They get too attached to their own players though, so it hardly ever happens.
