Spurs playing it way too safe with these "injuries." Spurs lost this game because they had absolutely no defensive presence in the paint. Bismack is awful. I get that he ideally shouldn't ever have to play minutes, but he should be a part of the coaching staff instead of an actual player. Mo Bamba's out there. Bol Bol is out there. Dwight Howard is a phone call away. Korn should have played through his ankle tonight and then sat against the Pels on Sunday.

I don’t think it’s worth it to make sure Wemby is eligible for awards. He’s already at such a high risk for injury due to his size.Castle is cleared. Wemby can only miss like 6 more games before he's ineligible
Are we trying to win games/championships or are we trying to win MVP?
Wemby would someday win both. But if he helps the Spurs win a title and only plays 60 games, I’m good.

Spurs try to play fast which leads to mistakes which leads to letting teams back in the game. It happens. We're 8-3 without Wemby, so gotta count our blessings.
I'll be very disappointed if they hold him out of the Cup game, but if we lose the cup game, we'd have almost a week off before our next game. I think the medical staff is going to cost us the Cup by holding Vic out.
