All Trump supporters are out of touch with reality, not just "some", lmao

edit - @Neo The Resurrected ONE I'm not talking about you, I figure you're either joking or playfully trolling with your Trump support

kinda like how KnicksTapeCity is always telling dudes on TheColi they have big dikks
Jokes/trolling is a brief thing. Something you do daily for years is a lifestyle. not a joke

It's amazing that to this day, after 4 years of his presidency, people still project their wants/needs/beliefs on him and pretend like he's that guy instead of who he really is. He's not some truth teller seeking to expose the elites. He's not some master businessman seeking to make regular people richer. He's not some political genius who can strike deals with both sides. He's not a social liberal who avoids culture wars. He's a vile, racist, misogynist, stupid megalomaniac who is one of the biggest narcissist we've ever seen on the public stage. His economic record as president was a disaster, he fukked up the covid response, he constantly did or said weirdly racist things, he funneled millions of dollars to his businesses, and he thinks he should have dictator power. Oh and he tried to stay in office after getting his ass kicked.

I get why the cult members love all this. He's their avatar of retribution against the gays, blacks, women, liberals, etc. But I'll never get why so called leftists cape for him. He carried out more drone strikes than Obama and they didn't say a word. Flip side Biden has largely dismantled the drone strike program and none of them care. The only way I can describe it is I think a lot of them believe Trump can destroy America and bring us closer to revolution, so anything he does or says should be tolerated.

There's 4 kinds of Trump voter to me:

Flat-out racists
Evangelicals/social conservatives
Political Nihilists
Tax minimalists

Unless you fall in the last category, then you probably fall in the dense and delusional zone. What's wild is, besides the racist contingency, I can understand and think it's important to understand where and why the evangelicals, social conservatives, and nihilists are unwavering in their support of Trump, because he's not really in favor of any of their agendas when you look at Trump the person.

Glad Romney is still calling shyt out, but he should've never folded and allowed this charlatan in, in the first place. Republicans literally aligned themselves with chaos incarnate.

Trump has a high floor but low ceiling. His base makes it easy for him to win the nomination but his upside is limited so any general election he's in would be a dogfight. I get racist whites wanting him but can't figure out why so many famous blacks cape for him. You don't need Trump for low taxes on rich folks.....any Republican will do that.

Trump is a good litmus test for how political someone is. If a famous Black supports him, I already know they give zero fukks about public policy, the courts, domestic and international affairs etc.

It's just so crazy how much Trump and Republicans set this country back with just four years.

Literally set parts of this country back 50+ years with some of the bullshyt they passed.

So now we got to spend time fixing that bullshyt. Don’t got time for all this mess.

I don't have a problem with jokes, I love jokes and have a big sense of humor, it's all good, unless the trolling the isn't racists, or trolling to to cause problems on TheColi to mess up the positive vibes on here
like KnicksTapeCity has told me I have a big dikk a bunch of times, then called me a faggit twice over petty sh1t like the NBA all-star game

I'm a laid back dude, but I don't want anyone calling me a faggit, that's disrespectful to me, and I set boundaries for that type stuff

It's all grievance politics. Unsuccessful wytes are mad that their inherent advantage in this country isn't paying the dividends like it used to. Not only that races that they consider inferior are catching up or even exceeding them in metrics of quality of life and success. So instead of looking in the mirror. They're just pointing the finger at others. They'll literally burn the country down and horde the ashes just to say they didn't let anyone have a piece of it.

Mitt Romney: Some Trump Supporters Are 'Out Of Touch With Reality'

The senator said he has "a hard time understanding" why Trump's legal issues don't "seem to be moving the needle" with more voters.

Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) called out the majority of Iowa Republican caucus voters who baselessly believe that President Joe Biden did not win the 2020 election legitimately.

“I think a lot of people in this country are out of touch with reality and will accept anything Donald Trump tells them,” Romney, who announced in September that he is not seeking reelection, told CNN journalist Manu Raju on Wednesday.

About 65% of Iowa caucusgoers said they believe former President Donald Trump’s lie that the 2020 election was “stolen” from him, according to entrance poll data.

“You had a jury that said that Donald Trump raped a woman. And that doesn’t seem to be moving the needle. There’s a lot of things about today’s electorate that I have a hard time understanding,” Romney added, referring to a case brought against Trump by the writer E. Jean Carroll in which a jury found Trump liable for sexual abuse.

The 2012 GOP presidential nominee has been critical of Trump in recent years, refusing to vote for him in 2016 and 2020 and straying from the Republican Party’s general support for Trump. In June, Romney said the Justice Department’s decision to bring charges against Trump for his mishandling of classified documents was Trump’s own fault. He has also repeatedly warned that Trump’s reelection could harm the country.

Following his victory in the Iowa caucus this week, Trump appears likely to become the Republican presidential nominee despite his numerous legal challenges and his removal from ballots in Colorado and Maine.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R), another presidential hopeful, argued that if Trump is nominated, the GOP will lose in November, because all of Trump’s challenges would be at the forefront of the race.

“If Donald Trump is the nominee, the election will revolve around all these legal issues — his trials, perhaps convictions if he goes to trial and loses there, and about things like Jan. 6,” DeSantis said during a CNN town hall on Tuesday, referring to the violent mob of Trump supporters who attacked the U.S. Capitol in January 2021.

“We’re going to lose if that’s the decision voters are making based on that,” DeSantis added. “We don’t want it to be a referendum on those issues.”

Trump is facing 91 felony counts across his various court cases, including accusations of fraud, defamation and sexual assault. He is also accused of paying hush money to an adult film star and mishandling classified documents.
Thanks a$$hole you did absolutely nothing to stop any of this and actively contributed to it. Romney deserves to be thrown out of a plane without a parachute

Instead of putting Trump in prison, liberals allowed him to run for president again because they believe, as they did in 2016, he'll be easy to beat.

If he wins again, it's liberals' fault for not listening to the left or even just basic common sense. :yeshrug:

I'm gonna keep saying this until the election is over, unless he becomes ineligible he has a very strong chance to beat Biden. As garbage as Trump was, he won 10 million more votes than I'm 2016. In 2020, people weren't voting for Biden, they were voting against Trump. Biden despite not being a horrible president has a horrible perception and A LOT of people that voted for him previously, aren't going to vote this time around.
