Nah, Realest nikkas is the 50/BIG song, not the Pac joint. Like the dude above me said, this was released on Born Again and was a demo from Ready To Die.
side note, I always found it funny that BIG shouts out whole boroughs (Brookyln, Bronx) on the intro, but only shouts out Queens bridge instead of Queens on this song.
