Hard to choose, this year has had some pretty good mixtapes. Can't say the same for albums though. Anyway, I can only narrow it to 3:
Sail Fast Live Slow by Omar Bunyan (his group OXYxMORON had one of ,if not, the best tape(s) last year too)
FXCK2 by Sir E.U
BetterOffDEAD by Flatbush Zombies

Kismet by eXquire is up there though, that joint was amazing.
