Swagger comes in many of forms, styles and states.

A lot of people confusingly mistake swagger with image instead of confidence.

Confidence is something you have.

Image is something you portray.

Immitation is a form of flattery.

Most black men immitate entertainers and athletes becuase of what comes with their image, mostly women, money, clout and etc.

Most black women go after black men who immitate the image of entertainers and athletes becuase to them that is the complete package and also think that is what a man should be while being in awe of who he is now and his current image while overlooking who he was before, how he carried himself before, how hard he worked before to get where he is at today.

In another thread, I posted a comment how most black women prefer black men to have the image of an athlete. They don't actually have to play sports, just have the image of an athlete so it would compliment her image out in public.

That sounds like some old slave shyt when picking the crop based on image alone to mate with, but it is what it is.
