I saw the play. He was driving hard to the net got of a quality shot and I guess hit a rut and went into the hard Edmonton boards. The problem is he took two two Flyers players with him and they toppled onto him in the crash.

He and Subban are my favorite non-Stars, so no hate here.
But by virtue of Modano being a 1st line C and holding the American points record it's hard for me to give it to anybody else.
That being said, Kane already has 3 Cups. I don't expect Modano's record to stand forever, and if/when Kane takes it, he will be undisputed GOAT.
