Damn and I was excited about DeGoat's Cy Young 3peat.

A strike and the resulting major loses in team value might finally be what it takes to kill the Wilpons. I actually thought, they might offer a fair deal and take a small loss just so they can try and salvage the bottom line.
It will kill the Wilpons, I'm on team don't play at all this year

Cutting 70% that's crazy!

Meanwhile in basketball, the euroleague that euros play in, paid 80% of the salary. They told dudes you get 85% if you resume the season. They cancelled the season immediately :dead:

Covid-19: The most exploited pandemic in history.

First it was the NBA, now it's MLB. Billionaires really acting like they can't pay the salaries to the players. :duck: Bet you they aren't giving ESPN, Fox, and Turner Sports back that contract money they signed for televising games. :martin::mjlol: Neither will the Pac-12 or any of these other college conferences talking about not playing football and basketball this fall :camby:.

The contracts get voided if they don't put a product on television.
