In a shocking turn of events, Warner and Rick Ross have announced that MMG will be moved underneath their subsidiary Atlantic Records. After President/CEO Todd Moscowitz was forced to step down last week, due to taking huge losses for the calendar year on MMG releases, the call was made to cut bait and wash their hands of the mistake
those mmg releases were sub par, besides wale, def jam gonna regret that gunplay signing, and stalley damn shoulda stayed independent fukkin with the Jets, rockie fresh has no chance in hell, its quiet out here for them. if atlantic decides its a go Jeezy not gonna stop those releases tho, and he VP not the President

Jeezy is "Senior VP of A&R"...which is basically a trumped up title for a regular ass A&R that happens to be a known celebrity...there would be no conflict of interest there, cause it ain't like Jeezy has any pull or influence in the building for anything having to do with anything other than artists he brought to the label (speaking of which...in the 5 or how many months since he got the title...i don't know if such artists even exist, I can't name one)...
