I expect the album to be like Recovery. People are expecting something like the Marshall Mathers LP just because of the name. The fact is that album was like a documentary of his life up until then. Now the MMLP2 will be a documentary of his current life. Which is more of the Recovery themed bullshyt.

whats wrong with it tho??? does everything have 2 be jaw dropping, every single line has 2 be simple nothing short of amazing or its wack, corny??? that line alone is a 1000 times better than half the rappers out right now, yet u criticize it just because its eminem. I see thru the facade and see your blatant hating. "Im bout 2 bloody this bytch up everybody get back, my pen needs a pad cause my rhymes on the raaaaag" the way he delivered it and set it up was pretty good in my opinion, when i heard the commercial i loved the line and instantly wanted 2 hear more, and thought "yea em might be back", but its always gotta be critics like u that think they are so elite and better than everything in hip hop, that u cant just accept the music for what it is anymore. he died his hair but that old em is definatley gone... im not talking skillwise just the dude seems completely diffrent.

Yup...he was on a "i dont give a fukk" attitude that permeated everything he said and did musically, and personally.

In 2013, he clearly gives a fukk about a lot of things: his reputation. his critics. his money. how he looks, how he acts, etc. etc. etc. this dude even looks like he's getting face lifts/plastic surgery now. tha fukk?

What made SSLP/MMLP the albums they were--was a hungry MC who didn't give a fukk about anybody or anything. He spit like he had nothing to lose. It came off as real. what he rapped about, what he said, etc. all lined up and made him real.

Now he's just spitting jibberish and is no longer that same dude. he never found a lane as an older/experienced/legend MC -- in the same vein that Jay Z was able to transition his career.

Now he's a 40 year old ass man and trying to bring back the dude he was 10-15 years ago and it already is coming off forced/contrived.
