It's early in the season, but it looks like the Lions and Eagles are the two clear NFC favorites. I think there is a sizable gap between them and the rest of the NFC.

I'd have more faith in the packers if Love wasn't good for a few ridiculous turnovers a year.

Ravens giving up 200 on the ground was not on the bingo card. 150 yeah, but sheesh

Well, yeah, that's kind of an important factor. :pachaha: .

I think the Packers are a team that can beat anyone, but can Love go three or four games in a row without having one absolutely terrible game? I don't see that happening. If it was just one game, I can see the Packers maybe beating one of those two teams, but it's tough to see a team with Love at QB winning three or four games in the playoffs.

Y'all get really weird about this. They're both on the same tier. Josh just played the Jets and Dolphins consecutively. That's not no murderers row of teams to claim Josh is doing anything more special than Lamar.
Josh put like 450 yards on this team last year :hubie:

How he get sacked 7 times?

The Lions defense had the Ravens WR's locked up, but some of those sacks are on Lamar. He held the ball far too long and took some bad sacks. Yes, he can also make the miraculous plays, so you live with some sacks, but the ones he took tonight were not good.

Proof that narratives run the league. Week one the Lions losing their coordinators and being done while the Packers were for sure Superbowl champs was all the talk. Now the Pack done lost to the browns and the Lions coordinator situation looking A OK. Never base the season on week 1 results.

To be fair to Love, he did go 9 regular season games in a row without throwing an INT until the stupidity yesterday.

But it is clear NO ONE believes in him to play clean football in January when it matters most.

The Packers defensive front is definitely for real though. Seeing how the Ravens looked tonight and comparing Green Bay’s is night and day. Goff was comfortable and the Lions running game was potent!
