Josh Allen's development will give every young QB with the tools 2-3 years unless they're HORRIFIC.

Chicago has to bring in an offensive coach this winter. When you have these young QBs, you need to give them offensive coaches, especially if you're dipping into the first time coach pool from coordinators.
