He does. That had at least a full album already done and lots of other verses and random stuff.

Hegelian 1 and 2 I think were done also, and 3 was on the way to being done

P played a bunch of tracks that weren't on 1 or 2 on IG Live (?) years ago.. been searching for that stream.

I didn't know there was a part 3 already done. Also, as much as P and alchemist worked together, I wonder if he has a ton of unused prodigy material in his vault.

Hegelian Dialectic: Book of Revelations was released on January 20, 2017, the same day as former president Trump’s inauguration (which was intentional). Prodigy had announced that the other two albums, The Book Of Heroine and The Book Of The Dead, would be coming soon after that, but he passed in Las Vegas on June 20, 2017, from what a coroner deemed “accidental choking” while recuperating in the hospital from sickle cell anemia. Joe says all of the Hegelian Dialectics were finished when Prodigy passed (the last time they were together, Prodigy recorded the final song for Book Of The Dead), but Book Of Heroine had significant sample clearance issues.

Yeah Part 2 to me was ruined (maybe a strong word) by the sample issues. Part 1 stands above strongly

These P verses, half of them will be aimed at Kejuan, strange sort of irony. Posthumous releases are disingenuous 90% of the time.

Thats basically what Havoc said. The new Mobb album uses a collection of P verses from material he was working on with Alchemist, material from Hegelian Dialectic part 3 (which i’m not sure we get now) and material that P recorded with Havoc. The way Havoc was talking it sounds like the majority of Prodigy verses are from Hegelian Dialectic 3 and Alch’s vault rather than whatever they were working on for the Mobb project.

Yep. The reality is that P and Hav weren't working very much together at the time P died. They were on good terms, but just hadn't locked in very much just the two of them. Most of P's work after he got out of prison in 2011 was with ALC, Sid Roams, Sebb Bash, Beat Butcha, Budgie, and guys like that. Joe the Engineer or ALC would record most of the sessions depending on where P was recording, and P just doesn't have a lot of unreleased material on Havoc beats as far as I know from mutual connections.

They'd been advertising a Mobb Deep x ALC album in 2017, but I think I assumed that more of it was completed than actually was. Like you said, most of the unreleased P stuff was with ALC and not Hav. And Joe the Engineer released a lot of stuff on Hegelian 2 with replayed samples, etc. At this point, I don't think we'll get a Hegelian Part 3, and this might be the last stuff we get from P unless ALC just puts out more solo stuff between him and P that he might have.

There is definitely a TON a TON of P and ALC stuff on ALC's hard drive. He's played a lot of it on various DJ sets the past 5 years. And there's still a lot of songs from the Albert Einstein sessions that never came out, like Rakim, Passion, Scientology, and others.
