And for the last 2 years my hair cuts have been on point. Nothing like knowing where your hairline starts, how high you want you beard to grow in. What Areas Of You Hair Are weaker.... etc.

In the us we have a service based economy already. I would say maybe the real estate portion in this case will take a hit but this could actually help alot of people save money both barbers and customers in some cases.
