Mochi Donuts changing the game. So damn good but like everything much pricier than regular donuts, but well worth it :eat:Texture is chewier than donuts and fluffier. I don’t know what group of Asians responsible for bringing Mochi Donuts to the US but as Larry June would say #GoodJob.

Mochi donuts the next big wave.

Mochi anything is delicious. Matcha or red bean mochi balls (N/H)

There are a ton of Asian desserts and snacks that are amazing.

Amd unless you have some asian people to explain what they are you'd be clueless.

The thing I love about them they are usually not that sweet.

Per wiki

Mochi donuts, also known as poi mochi, are a fusion pastry crossing traditional American doughnuts and Japanese mochi. The mochi donuts' "hybrid batter makes for a doughnut that is fluffy and moist, with a satisfying chew".[1] An early iteration can be traced to Hawaii in the early 1990s, however, the mochi donut was popularized by Mister Donut's "Pon de Ring" iteration in the early 2000s.[2] Mochi donuts are now most commonly shaped into eight small balls connected into a circular shape that is easy to pull apart and are made out of glutinous rice flour or tapioca flour.

Krispy Kreme when the hot sign on>>>>>>>>>
I had a hot fresh donut from Krispy Kreme 4 or 5 months ago for the first time and left underwhelmed. First time I ever had a mochi donut it was like being opened up to a new delicious world. It was a profound experience. Try one if get get the chance
