A lot of nikkas talking about "he could've opened his own spot" and don't even know dudes situation probably.

Most of the cats I worked with was either young ass dudes, immigrants, or ex-cons... And even still most had other side gigs or other means of making money.

I remember hanging out with a few after work.. Ended up being involved in some "deals" I didn't intend on being involved with.

Plus some of them bank off tips if you're good enough. Possibly atleast a hundred each on a GREAT night. We had celebrities that were regulars at the time. My boss had his own crib and brand new whip when I first met him.

Definitely not work I would recommend if you don't have to do it but it's still work and yes, they took it serious

Talm about he's a sellout for working that hard for a white man.. How many of you nikkas got your own business again? You got to learn to follow before you can lead and everything dude was saying in that video is the shyt I heard when I was working in a kitchen that probably got more business than them and was half the size. He wasn't saying shyt new to me at least. It actually seemed easier. A pack of 10 wings? Try grilling 50-100 at a time With 3 swoll ex-cons in a kitchen the size of a walk-in closet AND you had to make the shyt look pretty
i own one, that nikka a c00n plain and simple....he dont even have nothing to show for his hard work....his grandkids couldve had something to support themselves if he manned up and started his own shyt....but black ppl esp old blacks have that slave mentality

Again I say, do you know the nikkas situation:comeon:

Thats the problem with most nikkas these days, they confuse hard work with a slave mentality. Dude said he worked his way up who knows how far he would go

If the spot is a FRANCHISE then he can eventually get his own spot most likely. under the same company that he works for just like the white cat that he probably works for now.. you act like the nikka been working there all his life :what:

At the MOST he been there a 5-10 years, with minimum education and most likely has a past that he's turning around... I agree that some spots like that are a trap BUT for certain type of people it's a good gig that he takes seriously like you should any job you work at (at least when it coes to the work.. which is what he's focusing on in the video)

Please tell me what you would do instead at his age :comeon:
