nah, all she has to do is squeeze cloudflare's balls tight enough
90% of pirate sites using CF
send 3 cease/desist to CF and if it ain't gone, hit em

she needs a better lawyer though, RICO is wack and she left out the ad program crakrevenue, they're the ones who put the ads there.

the question is, did she send a cease/desist to bangbros and chaturbate? :patrice:

civil suits are expensive, that's why you have DMCA, cease/desist

civil suit should be the final step

the correct attack would've been to attack them for 2257, copyright, trademark and add xvideos boss since he owns bangbros, add crakrevue and their boss, add CF ceo, add registrar for .tv domain

sue everyone

:yeshrug:

i'm very skeptical about that assertion since The MPAA, RIAA, BREIN and et cetera haven't been able to take down the piratebay which uses cloudflare.

RIAA never went after CF for TPB, they're still in court for other sites
RIAA went after TPB and won, why they never went for domain beats me, the site is a dud these days, no one uses it much
RIAA goes after sites for copyright not for trademark (that i know of)
RIAA wants CF's customers not CF, CF spends millions fighting off RIAA
will they spend millions to protect thothub and the like?

in her case, she should after CF for violation of lanham act and 2257 if she sent multiple cease/desist

i don't think its about a particular site, I think its about avoiding a precedent being set.

This is futile and delaying the inevitable :francis:

the pirate sites are like hydra heads cut one off two more grow in its place ....a never ending cycle.
And the worse it gets with the lawsuits and site takedowns, the more sophisticated the piracy gets, the music industry, the game industry and the television and film industry realized this a long time ago, and they got way more money behind them than some thot that's getting gouged to death by a lawyer

You're not stopping online pirating of anything :heh:

This will just hinder the accessibility a little bit.
