Even with the basic stuff you're saying there I'm lost lol. I'll see if I can get him to hop online but he doesn't do facebook or any sort of online social media at all. The whole thing came up when I went to his graduation and it was nothing but physicists finishing a doctorate or people that had already finished it. The first thing I could think to relate with his classmates was Einstein...Everybody started going on about how he was on the right path but didn't have all the information he needed so his theories were becoming outdated. My Brother got all the math/science smarts while I got the creative side of things and muscle coordination.

If the bolded is what your brother meant, he is partially correct. I wouldn't say they would be outdated as his theories are more explanations of phenomena, and yes, his GR theory doesn't explain everything so it is also incomplete. And I doubt we will throw away Einstein's theories unless some new revolutionary explanation simplifying it is arrived by future physicists.

And to add, what about the LHC and the internet? High energy physics is based on Einstein's work, and the internet developed out of cern. Flippantly disregarding Einstein like that is silly.

Definitely not disregarding him. Just saying that over a century or two he'll get lost in the mix as the next thing comes along that blows his theories out of the water. He actually worked around the collider at Michigan university as his first job outta college. Just hoping he finds a way to put one of my ideas into motion as he gets further into his career. Keep pitching these super high imaginative inventions to him and his response is always the same "Well, there has to be tests done first to make sure it doesn't destroy everything".
