And yes, he bought followers. I checked the twitter followers list and the majority of the followers are from some spanish country and there are few english speaking people on that list.
That's what happens when you buy twitter followers. It directs that account to the accounts of twitter followers in other countries who want to follow more people. They have nothing to do with his product.

He seems to have a lot of hispanic followers who tweet in nothing but spanish. I havent come across any "ghost" profiles though.

After reading through threads on that forum, I agree with you. Most users seem gentile but the place is tolerant of white supremacists and features stereotypical emoticons. In my estimation , it @The Nigerian isn't liked very much. He has also fought against racism in the forums, both directly and indirectly. Sometimes he's tolerated and encouraged it though. I feel like there's a level of c00nery you must have post 8k times on Opie & Anthony but I won't judge Nigerian for it. That forum looks like it might have some good business advice and sensible posters besides. I actually feel sorry for the guy's molly venture. Some dude might have stolen his idea.
