imo i'm not sure but imo it's not that mods are on a banning/bushing party
more like there seems to be an increase in people reporting others for saying something they disagree with
and if the mod happens to agree even somewhat with that stance a bush/ban may occur.

That brings up an interesting question.
What is worse, a snitch in the streets or someone on a forum who reports someone else for saying something they disagree with?
There's a significant increase of such people on the coli lately.
