This is ridiculous. I dunno if there is an option, but every change/ban a Mod makes should be automatically logged for other Mods and admins to see. That way, someone can be held accountable.

Honestly I would appreciate if you stopped editing everything for the time being. But its Already well known mods can edit thread titles without it being noted....maybe it can be but it dont have to be......

That doesn't prove anything, though. You can edit a post as many times as you like, and if nothing is entered in the 'reason for editing' bar', there will never be any notes.
