Two things:

1. Stephen A. doesn't respect Max & Molly because they make wayyyyy less money than he does. He had to respect Skip because Skip had seniority.

2. Molly, like Cari Champion before her feels the need to "not be diminished" by just doing her job and moderating the show and tries to make herself more important than what she really is, especially in issues that involve women like sexual assault & domestic violence. They feel like they have to show out to prove how down they are for women's issues.

I don't think Cari started out like this, but when that Ray Rice story broke and they had to talk about it every day people (including ESPN analysts like Jemele Hill) started asking why Cari wasn't giving her perspective on it, so she was kinda guilted into having to voice an opinion on women's/domestic issues

this spun off into her actually trying to give sports takes even though she didn't have much to fall back on outside of being a lakers stan. Then Molly came onboard and developed an extra bossy attitude and it was a wrap

Molly seems like a type of woman who doesn't understand her role as a discussion moderator. You cannot interrupt a side of the argument because you may agree or disagree with what one party is explaining. Her role is to keep a neutral stance between Stephen and Max and allow them to speak to their side of the argument. She presents herself as defensive when she's interjecting with no solid facts and feels like she's more than background because someone more than likely gassed her head up. Humility goes a long way and Molly would do better if she show a fraction of it. As far as SAS and her, I feel he's actually holding back on going off on her out of respect for his colleague and being painted more "dramatic" that he already is.

That's why I liked joy. She was likable.

Not to mention she moderated like she was just one of the guys and never used her vagina as a crutch/get out of jail free card.

Even Jamelle Hill never used that.

a couple weeks ago she was wearing this shiny ass disco lookin dress and SAS called her Night Fever

That shyt was hilarious. SAS, Will, and Max were all piling on like crazy, saying she looked like a space invader or some shyt - honestly felt a little bad for her.

That said I dont know what she was thinking w/ the dress... as soon as I saw it, I was like "Yo what the fukk is Molly wearing???..."

They went the fukk in - especially Will Cain. Kind of brutal - funniest part was Max tried to step in and put an end to it talking about how Molly is easily the most attractive member of the show.

Will Cain responds like, "I agree Max, I agree. Molly looks truly out of this world "

Im sure the producers are in her earpiece during the show telling her to "interject", because she will just look clueless for like 4 minutes straight then suddenly say something.

I wonder how the pre-show meetings look like..Im suee she and SAS always go at..behind the scenes.... but on air shes weak.

I think it’s all a show. “Debate” in their eyes means fighting a point to the death, cracking jokes how the other is terrible and general shyt talking. They do it with the guests whether athletes or commentators or both.

Then you catch them admitting it’s all jokes, that sas be hooking these same guys up with jobs and shows, and they texting each other off cam, watching games together

I’m not gonna say they won’t get at each other for real. Any friendship has highs and lows. But I can’t see SAS being a dikk like this 24/7 and maintaining his relationships and career. Most disses say he fakes on cam and yells. It ain’t a bout him being a dikk or a liar
