You know, you can make the argument in the regular news media that a story not being covered is the result of....more important stories or lack of time or whatever. Not that it's legitimate. But you can understand that argument.

But ESPN is so blatant with their agenda when it comes to NOT reporting on a story that clearly has a public interest. And they do it to protect their business relationships. And this isn't groundbreaking stuff here. But it's always worth pointing out how "in bed" the sports media industry is with the sports entertainment industry.

This is why sports journalists aren't real journalists. There's almost zero sense of independence or any feeling that their role is to hold the people they report on accountable.

Stephen A Smith in particular made his television career on blasting black athletes over substance abuse, various mistakes and other criminal behavior.
He and Molly Qerim ought to be ashamed of themselves if they had any dignity at all.

I agree but all news media is blatant about this.

There's a reason Bill Cosby got more smoke than the dad from 7th Heaven and Roman Polanski and Woody Allen.

And these cacs abused CHILDREN. Cosby was having sex with grown women. :what:

Roman Polanski technically shouldn't be a part of that list as he's basically a wanted fugitive and would more than likely get arrested the moment he steps back in the US. Stephen Collins definitely managed to avoid criticism and smoke for his situation even after he basically admitted that he was guilty of it.
