Oh okay... I dont know Philly like that so i cant make assumptions. Only people i know from there that are black are a nigerian girl i knew about 12 years ago and my current barber. Outside of that everyone I have ever met who say they were from Philly are white. Mostly people i met through work but still. I typically dont view Philly as a "black city"
Edit: correction. I know two haitians who live it ATL now that grew up in Philly.
