ok so you are assuming most of those facts in the first paragraph. you can sue on bullshyt, but you cant win a lawsuit on assumptions. also mental anguish has to be proven by a medical professional. you gonna put your child through that just for a few bucks?

this attitude contributes to the problem because as a parent, you should understand the frustrations of hearing your kid complain about being bullied and be aware that the teachers and administrators are limited due to politics/PC culture

If your child was innocent, then compliment your efforts of raising a good kid and the actions of the parent' that addressed the class, by explaining to your child why the parent did what she did and that there're consequences to your actions

I admit sometimes these kids need a dose of “real life shyt” in order to be humbled but it shouldn’t happen in the classroom...I don’t know what measures were taken prior to this tho...endgame tho? that parent shouldn’t have been in the classroom in that capacity

I agree, she shouldn't have been allowed in by the teacher, but technically did she really threaten the kids themselves though? I;m sure if the other p*ssy parents were to try and sue and her, surely the judge will have to pay close attention to her words. And is threatening to assault another parent a crime?

It's not generic, if a parent's kid is a bully, that reflects their parenting. Worst thing a kid can be is a bully.

If my kid is being bullied and I have to come up there because my kid is crying to me, I would say the same thing.

You bully my kid, I'ma see your parents, guardians or whatever and I'ma beat they ass because they can't control you and it's gonna be your fault that your parents or guardians got they ass whooped. Go tell them. Next PTA meeting, whatever it is, you still bullying my kid, I'ma see your parents and I'ma warn them.

I don't care about all the other stuff, it ain't my job as parent to worry about all of that. My job is taking care of my kid. I ain't gonna be burying my kid because these parents are trash.

Parents drop by damn near anytime to see their child (especially at a public school)
The teach could easily say she didn’t know the parent was going to say that and she just wanted to address the class, which she can do and she was powerless to stop her.

Let’s be honest here for a sec. it’s some Bad Azz kids that are in these schools that don’t have good intentions for nobody around them. You can go to a lawyer a possibly get a lil bit of money out the situation, but the school will have their own lawyers who can spin this shyt where a lawsuit won’t be worth it
