I’m in Clinton Hill/ Ft Greene and it’s not that bad. Parking is abysmal but that’s 90% of the city. My side, kids come out and play, people have parties on roof and people may stare at you like you don’t belong even though in my case I’ve lived in my brownstone my entire 37 years of life. As far as crime? They may mess with ya car but no violence or anything. Police come around regularly. People just be living and every once and a while they are friendly and speak.
