Some good character insight![]()
Probably why they had his character in love with that woman they linked up with (cant remember her name), to maintain a more likable side to him. Its likely that growing up with his uncle and dem neo nazis couldve been how he turned out like that and why he doesnt have the ability to see anything wrong with killing

What show is this?
Exactly on both points.
The love story/crush is great too, because he tries to act like a normal person with his crush, and he is decently manipulative like any sociopath would be, but they make it so he's just barely missing something when he tries to hit on her, like he almost knows how to act like a normal human but not quite.
And yeah, the show is definitely implying that it's his upbringing that made him that way. His older relatives are just typical White Supremacist drug lord/gangsters. But he's the guy who grew up in the insanity, who doesn't know anything different, which simultaneously makes him "more normal" in his mannerisms and everyday interactions but a total sociopath when shyt goes down.
The Shield.
Thanks, breh!Breaking Bad had some of the best written characters on television. Almost every character introduced on ended up meaning something to the plot of that show, and also the plot of Better Call Saul. It's one of the few tv shows, movies, or books where there are almost no throwaway characters.Yh, only long after watching breaking bad have i noticed the character development in characters besides Walter White. Even in that train episode, at the time i was just likeat the ending cos of how random it was, but now looking back, it made sense regarding the remainder of the season.![]()
My feelings towards Todd were very mixed when i watched it though. Most of the time i thought he was a dikkhead, then sometimes i could see how he generally behaved at all times and then you see how his 'family' are.
Alsoto note that when the neo nazis got shot up by walter's machine gun, he was the only one to survive the initial shooting and he panicked for obvious reasons. But that was the only time i remember him showing emotion to the death of anyone

When Leo got popped coming out of the elevator in The Departed, that was completely unexpected.
holy shyt
shyt was dope though.
