I've said it before in the film room, but any time a large organization does anything to reach out to a minority group, whether its a racial minority or a sexual minority, I'm with it. When the world, specifically our country, has been slanted towards one perspective for centuries, it's a nice change of pace to shoutout other perspectives. Entertainment is an empathy machine, so if the E, in their silly ass sometimes misguided way, can generate empathy for a perspective that isn't the drunk redneck, the two blonde superheroes, the blonde beast, or the black haired samoan, then fukking do it.

Why would they keep her around? She's annoying, a drug addict, entitled and has no worthwhile knowledge to give to the roster. She told Velveteen Dream on Tough Enough that he needs to be humble and show respect. How'd that work out? Velveteen is one of the rising stars in the company, and she's on her way out

Yup that's the "silly and misguided" part of it. They're so dumb they can't have a good idea in their faces and do anything with it. Sonya could talk about it from a real place if it even needs to be spoken about. It's not like they do love interests stories anymore anyway and the last time they tried with Dolph and Lana, it crashed and burned because everyone knew Lana and Rusev were a real thing.
