Elias isn't in a position to put people over in feuds and have it work. He has to go over. He's got the juice. They just are seemingly keeping him with what has worked so far because they are pushing Roman and Braun and can't write for more than 2 or 3 feuds at once worth a damn

Agree. I was saying that rusev or Elias should have won the briefcase. A mid card belt for Elias may have been more prudent though. Of course the E did neither
