I feel like they went about this Reigns/Brock build all wrong... all they had to do was promote it as a unfinished business type of thing since their last WM 1 on 1 was interrupted so you could keep going with the “what if Seth never cashed in? Who would’ve won?”

Aside from that, Heyman’s promos could’ve highlighted the following:

- Brock is the only star on Raw that Roman hasn’t pinned yet
- Brock has a pinfall V over Reigns (SS)
- they’re the only 2 to beat Taker at WM

No one cares that Brock isn’t at Raw every week and doesn’t care about the business... he damn near said it himself on Stone Cold’s podcast years ago.... no one cares and it won’t get him booed by the masses
