I can't speak for everyone, but Miz's promos aren't consistently (Flair, Rock) great. He spends too much time doing bad comedy. His last GREAT (not just good) period of promos was his Smackdown feud with Bray Wyatt. That was a while ago.

That's because his character sucks. I'm not calling his promos great nor consistent. I said he's a top mic worker.

Never do you hear people say Miz is terrible on the mic.
