Actually there’s so many women on that roster that you can put the title on but
Low-key, the women's division is fukked right now. It really shouldn't be with all the talent they have, but the writing is so unimaginative, they're in a serious corner right now.
-Liv is still going to be out for a long time. She was the top heel on RAW and was most likely going to win back the title at some point.
-Naomi's gone for who knows how long? The greatest run of her career was cut short, and she was the perfect replacement for Liv. Now, there are no heels on RAW that can take over.
-Roxanne and Raquel are afterthoughts with no Liv and no titles.
-Bianca still hasn't been medically cleared to come back yet.
-Tiffany is having one of the WOAT title reigns.
-Everyone else is either tied up in other things or they're not ready yet.
I would love WWE to be creative and really do something special with the title now that Naomi's gone. I still think they should have Bayley turn heel, win the title, and feud with Lyra over it because the history is already there. It will be a very similar character change to Naomi's, and it will force them to do interesting things instead of having Rhea or Iyo be champion again.
Vince would at least try to do something unexpected when this kind of thing happened in the past. But knowing Triple H, he'll just play it safe, and if he does do something like have Stephanie win the title, he'll drop the ball on her booking.
