Cripple H is so hated and such a non legend that they need credible names to act like he has importance...remember when they KNEW him facing Bryan would get a backlash, so they formatted it that Bryan would take over Raw so he would ask for a match for Cripple H? Have the most over wrestler in the industry ask for the match so the fans don't chant "BORING" and "PLEASE RETIRE" during his usual WM rants
