Only thing they can do in-season is trade Ivey for a shooter. Even though they aren’t shooters Im not trading Ausar or Duran. 2 and 4 have to be shooters. Stewart is a backup big

No rotation with this roster will work. Monty isn’t a great coach but the problem is the roster. You get Boggy back you get your shooter but he still can’t defend and he is only getting older. If he still has something innthe tank he needs to be traded ASAP

Would love Jerami Grant back. Kuzma or Cam Johnson would have been nice.

Lavine for Ivey still makes all the sense in the world to me. For both teams

The only guy who dressed today older than 25 is isaiah livers who is 25 and alec burks 32

This team needs a few older vets in the worst way, a thad young, a garrett temple

Its not just that though. None of their high draft picks compliment each other. The only one of their players with any actual skill level and nuance to basketball is being hampered heavily by the other guys who just do role player shyt at a middling level.

You should be able to at minimum be a AAU run up and down the floor squad with Cade Ivey ausar and duren and win 20 games off that alone.

Been said that about Stew. However None of that will work without a true point guard/floor general. I have no idea what system Monty is trying to run now. Cade isn't it as a primary ball handler and neither is Ivey. At least before recent changes they were competitive. Cats get what they wanted and now it's nothing but blowouts and matador defense
