Can one have integrity, wealth, respect and be black in this day and age?I think Al Haymon is the only breh I know who does.
If y'all have seen her discussion with Steve (not that mashup in the OP) then you know Monique was telling the truth and Steve was pissed. She was calm the entire exchange and just telling the truth but Steve was yelling, grabbed at her hand at one point, and in leaning in her face pointing like it was some other shyt. Breh basically told her, her husband can't be a man in Hollywood. SHE shoulda been the one mad, not him. That told it all.
You can't burn every bridge and ask for help. Doesn't work like that
He came off like a c00n because he was emotional and almost pleading with her not to cause waves in the system. But he said some true things,if you are going to choose to play the white mans game.But if she doesnt want to play it he doesnt need to tell people they have to comprimise integrity to play it.However Monique does seem like she still wants to play since she is calling for Netflix boycotts. So if thats the case he is just giving her the facts.

I watched Steve Harvey's rise since before Def Comedy. It didnt take me long to say fukk him. In 1994 Denny's was sued for racial bias. Steve Harvey was the first and only black celebrity at that time I knew of that did drops for Denny's telling BLACK people to "come on back". I knew then he would do anything for money. Just like when his friends like D.L. called him out for the Trump shyt, same thing happened back then, when guys like J Anthony Brown were saying they. were disappointed in him. One thing about Steve....when it comes to money, he dont follow anyone, not even his comedian friends. He doesnt care about any backlash. This nikka strictly about that bag and everything else comes after.

As long as you're in the entertainment industry (music, sports, acting) you're a dancing monkey to these people. But at least Steve has put himself in a position to where his kids don't gotta do that shyt in their future.
